Fresh Kustoms Type 1 Narrowed and Adjustable Link Pin beams are made from the finest materials Our tube is custom made from high grade steel then laser cut to ensure strength and accuracy Quality laser cut side plates in 10mm thickness with upper shock threads tapped at M12 x 1.5 pitch Each beam comes fitted with a steering damper mount and supplied with a bolt Equipped with our new style Fresh Kustoms Beam Adjusters with long range tooth adjustment offering more adjustability than ever before you will get the stance of your car just where you want it Brand new inner and outer bushes in ether Bronze or black Delrin (please specify) Brand new grease nipples Supplied with new trailing arm seals All beams are finished in satin black etch primer as standard with other coating options available in black powder coat or gold zinc electroplating at additional cost (chose at checkout) All beams up to 4 inch narrowed have a one piece straight side plate and shock tower design The 5" and 6" narrowed beam design uses a dogleg shock tower and shock offset plate (used on the lower trailing arm) to position the shocks perfectly, we recommend using one of our extended pitman arms on 5" and 6" narrowed beams to correct the steering geometry
Please choose the desired narrowed width, coating option and supply of new narrowed torsion leave/spring packs and tie rod assemblies to match you beam.

Each kit comes with two drop plates, two cap spacers, fitting hardware and installation instructions. Laser cut from quality high tensile steel plate and then zinc coated, our FK Drop Plates will still look good for years to come. With some easy drilling and cutting modification to your original spring plates, our bolt in plate system will provide a pre tensioned ride like factory. These drop plates have been designed to allow for quick rear end adjustment and enable you to correct that unwanted excessive toe in when running low. With your original spring plate installed at the factory pretension setting you can take advantage of a nice factory ride with the advantage of a changed axle height while retaining travel Height settings of - 1.5", 3", 4.5" and 6" drop from the standard factory height Each kit comes with two drop plates, two cap spacers, fitting hardware and installation instructions.

Our Extended pitman arms are made from high grade steel and made 30mm longer than stock - Corrects loss of steering to the short tie rod side for narrowed beams - Increases steering throw overall - Replaces the use of substandard add on quick steer adapters - Uses the original mounting bolt We make them for early beetle (small tie rod taper, link pin beam assembly) and late bug (large tie rod taper, ball joint beam assembly) Available for RH drive or LH drive configuration Finished in matt black enamel Please select configuration on checkout This product is made to order, please allow up to 2 weeks for manufacturing Note: Please check with your local authorities and vehicle laws as this part may require engineering approval
